The Challenge
The company regularly conducted original market research, but the resulting reports were too data-dense and lacked clarity or storytelling, making them hard to use for PR outreach or audience engagement. The goal was to transform raw survey findings into compelling, audience-ready narratives that would drive downloads, thought leadership, and media pickup.
My Approach
I led content development from strategy to execution, using a three-fold storytelling framework to translate complexity into clarity:
- Audience-Centric Language: Conducted reader research and historical data analysis to understand how our core audience consumed insights.
- Narrative Consistency: Standardized the visual and written representation of key stats to build a recognizable report style.
- Contextual Storytelling: Framed every insight with real-world relevance — answering not just what the data said, but why it mattered.
- Jargon-Free Copy: Simplified language while preserving the integrity of insights, allowing reports to appeal to a broader, non-technical audience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnered closely with market research analysts, data teams, and comms stakeholders to ensure consistency and credibility across formats.
The Outcome
- 32% increase in report downloads YoY
- Engagement rate 4% above internal goal benchmarks
- PR team successfully pitched stories based on these assets to secure media coverage

SEO Content Strategy: Converting SEO Blogs to a Growth Engine

The Challenge
Despite having a large content library, the site struggled to rank for high-intent keywords and failed to attract relevant organic traffic. Existing blog content lacked strategic targeting and optimization, which limited its contribution to lead generation and brand visibility.
My Approach
I built a lean, repeatable SEO content process that focused on both quick wins and long-term growth:
- Content audit: Identified ~60 blogs with high potential for ranking improvements and conversion uplift using GSC and Ahrefs data.
- Keyword gap analysis: Mapped target keywords by funnel stage and business priority to align SEO with customer journeys.
- On-page optimization: Improved headlines, metadata, internal linking, and keyword targeting for each blog — without compromising readability or tone.
- Content refresh: Updated outdated information, added relevant CTAs, and aligned articles with current product messaging.
- Process building: Standardized workflows for SEO optimization using Asana for cross-functional coordination (content, design, product marketing).
- Performance tracking: Monitored uplift using GA4 and GSC, iterated monthly based on traffic and engagement trends.
The Outcome
Within 6 months:

New Customer Acquisition: Turning a Guest Post Program into a Revenue Engine

I reimagined and scaled the program with a dual focus: content quality and strategic impact.
